Saturday Brunch
A colleague brought some Staffordshire oatcakes for me to try. The bacon and cheese filling is traditional apparently, but I tried a bit of a local "flavour" (yes - awful pun!!!) with some smoked bacon from Newark and Lincolnshire Poacher cheese. All to be rolled up and lightly drizzled with HP sauce. Yum!
