Car/Shoe Park

This seems such a simple and perhaps whacky photo, I had to post it.  We parked in a parking lot with many stores and immediately saw these shoes as I have photographed them.  A couple walking by said they had been there for the hour they were in the stores.  They were there all the time we were in two stores.  Others made comments as well.  The seemingly accepted conclusion was someone got new shoes, put them on before getting into their car and left the old shoes.  I placed them on a curb, rather than leaving them in the lot, thinking someone might come back for them or someone might come by needing a pair of shoes.  They were clearly not new, but they also were not in a condition to discard them ( at least not at my house).
