getting ready for the trail ride

i learned yesterday of a texas tradition called "the trail ride". there are many it seems, but you just put a place name in the title. it seems to consist of many people drinking and riding horses from one place to another. the one i found about was going to start in a town i drive through. i worked today, so i missed the ride itself. but as i don't have a horse.....
