The Kings Cross Fete

In the shadow of the new St Martin's School of Art and the Guardian/Observer, you would expect the Kings Cross Fete to be officiated by Can Can girls and people selling dodgie brownies. Kings Cross has moved on though and this kid-centric afternoon had a pile of fun things to do.

The grown-ups proved we can can have fun too. Laura, Sian and I had an old fashioned game of croquet followed by a coffee in the obligatory hipster bar, avoiding the Celeriac Bellini (yes that's Bellini not blini).
