How many miles did we do today - was meant to be thirty but with all the detours and getting lost we must have done well over forty plus some of it was through very strong head winds - poor floraine feel off her bike just before we stopped to eat she was okay though - back home now after nearly six hours solid biking - slightly elated but very sore!
