The Black & Decker kitchen method

While waiting for the bus back to Rovaniemi airport, we saw the "Tasty Lapland Outdoor Market" starting its activities. What we thought to become a welcome fire then turned to be a salmon smoking installation. Even more impressive how the salmon was fixed to the wooden board - with screws !!
