Altar in Taoist Temple

I was taken by a client to visit a large temple in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was interesting to hear how people communicate with God: they throw sticks with numbers. From the way they fall, the sum of the numbers leads them to a poem or parable in a library in the temple, which gives the applicant guidance on how to solve their issue. What a great system!
