International cooperation in the kitchen

In "The French Chef Cookbook" by Californian Master Chef Julia Child a Swedish man (me) found the recipe "Soupe à l'Oignon" and a couple of hours later a fantastic dinner could be enjoyed together with a glass of wine from South Africa.
