'Ere - what's that?

It's a hearing aid in my ear; one of two that I had fitted today. Very odd sensation. I have some sort of mild to moderate hearing loss in the mid frequency range. It's apparently a genetic thing rather than advancing years or too many loud concerts. It was a bit disorienting at first, but I am starting to notice that a lot sounds are much clearer now
