Day at museum

Funny how some things go full circle. Two months after our daughter was born, hubby started work at Nixdorf Computers. He visited their head office in Paderborn a year after starting, attending meetings (so only got to see the hotel and the offices). Over the years Nixdorf changed to Siemens Nixdorf, then Siemens Business Systems and now Atos. Nearly 27 years later he still works for the company and our daughter is now living in Paderborn.

Whilst visiting our daughter it was an opportunity to visit the Nixdorf museum, so we tootled off there today. I was unsure, but being the dutiful wife I went. We had a good time, lots of laughs and plenty to see (unfortunately for us there was a lot of information in German and it wasn't until we left that we realised we could have had a multi-media guide).

On the way back to our daughters flat, we went via the Nixdorf buildings - Fujitsu, Wincor-Nixdorf, Siemens and Atos.
