Healthy pizza

A morning of appointments, errands in town and other boring things.
I ran to the castle in 24 minutes today but I didn't run as long a route, it was 0.3 of a mile less!

Lunch at home was a tortilla wrap with tomato puree, topped with spinach, chicken, ham and skinny mozerella. So good, 285 calories and I was full all afternoon!
