Fly post

I took a lot of terrible photos today, to begin with because I had forgotten I still had the 10 second timer on from yesterday's moon shot so was wondering why the shutter wouldn't release when I pressed the button. Then there were some indoor photos of Husband of Mine opening his birthday presents with distinctly dodgy exposure settings and, finally, a dreadful picture of a hot air balloon, that I only took because, well, it was a hot air balloon that I could see from my garden. It would have made a fabulous blip if only I had been facing away from the sun, not into it.

Hence the fly post, not the fly past, chosen for its abstract qualities and the bokeh, not the detail of the fly ;-)
