Oatcakes

Eubers made another batch of delicious oatcakes tonight. I am absolutely addicted to oatcakes and between us, we've been experimenting. These are a good batch, but I've noticed they actually improve if you leave them a few days - that's the hard bit though!!.

I have inherited the oatcake gene - with inches of butter - from my dad. During the war, he used to save his 2oz butter ration up for a Sunday and eat all his butter with oatcakes. Thankfully, Lurpak is not rationed these days!
