The cathedral window quilt is finished

Hundreds of hours of pleasant hand stitching and I finished it this morning, then made my cousin a  new (hang around the neck ) peg bag before lunch. This afternoon I began a new tapestry...it will be an enjoyable winter project.We've had the odd shower these last few days and the "planting by the moon" calendar instructs me to get the green leafy vegetables in so yesterday I planted a dozen broccoli ,red winter lettuce, parsley and chives.
