The light

OK so it's not a tunnel but the light is definitely an oncoming train. And it's a good sign as it means that the stonking migraine, which took up most of the last 2 days and has wiped my short-term memory, has finally gone.

Come on drugs, you're meant to be stopping these otherwise what's the point.
