The View Across

In our village almost every building has a spectacular view, but, despite the fact that a spectacular view is nothing special here, the posh restaurant calls itself 'The View Across'.

The non-posh restaurant has a view of this rather wonderful tumble-down house, through which we can see the spectacular view shared by everyone else.

Who owns this derelict building spoiling the view from the non-posh restaurant? Why, the posh restaurant of course! :-)
