Orange-tailed lizard in Cyprus

We watched this little fellow for a whileat the top of a beach in Cyprus and saw him jump in the air to catch something. He was only about six inches long, I think, though I don't remember exactly. I've tried in vain to identify what kind of lizard he is on the Internet. Can anyone help?
