Pool Abstract

I am normally inspired to take abstract photos such as this in the evening, when the setting sun reflects off the terra cotta buildings surrounding our pool and creates some amazing reflections. This morning I was motivated to leave the comfort of my Equipale chair (it might have something to do with hot, tropical sun shining directly on our patio) and venture over to the pool with my camera. Once there, I couldn't stop taking reflection after reflection, capturing different colors and patterns in the early morning water. I really had to work to overcome my natural tendency toward sharp photos, which I think would defeat the purpose of an abstract image.
