Bloomin lovely

The Iris has finally bloomed and it looks lovely. The photo doesn't really do it justice but the colours are wonderful. This is the first year that it has flowered & we have lived here for five years......it was worth the wait!

It has clouded over a bit this evening.....hope that doesn't mean there will be some grumblings of thunder later....I don't like thunder :-(
