THE BOY ON THE BEACH

Great day with son Matt, his wife Jen, and grandkids, Grace and Quinn..  The morning was spent by the out door fire pit working with antique wood working tools.  Grace carve out a walking stick with a drawknife. Matt worked on a set of oars he is making, and I was the idea guy, tool getter, helper, and carved on a piece that I don't know what is yet.  The weather improved all day, so the afternoon was spent digging holes in the sand on the beach.  Warm and hazy, with a brisk wind.  A Grandpa day for sure.
