I spotted Alex striding along Rose Street, and threw dignity to the wind by running after him, scattering M&S sandwiches along the way. He was very charming as well as gorgeous - as I rummaged in my bag for my camera, unnecessarily explaining I was just an amateur photographer, he said that was fine, he was just an amateur model. I think I impressed him by identifying his 'look' as steampunk. He was probably just thinking not bad for an old granny.
