Burning

This is a very clever title. No really. You see it's warm and sunny first off; but also the cyclist is still wearing a jacket in which he must be boiling; but also, get this, it's Councillor BURNS on the bike. Ah. I'm a genius.

Didn't realise it was him till checking the photos later. I might have had a chat otherwise about the Council's cycling commitment... But maybe best, with a new Council in place, to take a conciliatory approach and give people the benefit of the doubt. After all, if he's a cycle commuter (as apparently (and obviously, given the photo) he is) he'll be aware of the issues facing cyclists in Edinburgh. But a gentle reminder might not go amiss...
