Culinary disasters series?

Even more slovenly to admit that this poor over-roasted cremated beetroot has been languishing in a roasting pan since the moment of demise on Saturday evening.
It may make it into the food recycling tonight and the pan may make it as far as the sink. And even that is a big ask after an intense day and evening.
The ones not forgotten about were very tasty though.
