Stourhead - The Pantheon

Today I was able to work in a visit to Stourhead. Beautiful day but chilly. Owned by the Hoare family (the bankers), the grounds of the Palladian house were opened over 250 years ago. They are simply amazingly beautiful not least with a lake, temples, grottoes and a walled garden. Inside the house there is a Regency library and Chippendale furniture.
