Food prep
I spent most of my day cooking. Making healthier choices at the supermarket will help me loose this 3 stone (apparently)
I had my usual lunch time run into the castle but it was very slow. I'd had breakfast late and the wind was against me. To top it off the segway tour were much larger than me so I had to wait for them on my final stretch. Pushing my time from a promising 26 mins to a slow 32!
