One man and his dog

In the courtyard of Chastleton House, a Jacobean country house.   It was one of the locations used in the filming of Wolf Hall.

Of all the pictures of views and stuff I've taken today this one appealed the most.   The love this man clearly has for his dog made my heart melt.  I thought at first that maybe the dog was poorly but it seems they were just having a little snooze together.

Walked 6 miles from Moreton in Marsh this morning but I feel like I've walked 10 times that at the moment.  Totally wiped out.
