Dunsford Wood - daffodil walk
We went for a delightful walk on the edge of Dartmoor, known as the daffodil walk. It started with a short spell of hail as we climbed up through woods but this passed by quickly. A great varied walk with views to the north from the highest point and then descending through woodland with a stroll along the banks of the River Teign where large numbers of wild daffodils are out in bloom. I found it difficult to capture the daffodils as they are very small in height and rather lost amongst the trees, so I have chosen this shot taken when we walked out from the rivers edge in Dunsford Wood
