Bob the builder

Actually I have no idea what his name is because I didn't ask.  Which I should have done.  However, building work is going on at the Wykeham Arms.  You can see its door in the background.  It likes to be known as one of the best pubs in England, which I think it really is.  It used to be a coaching inn and was over the road from Winchester's red light district.  Obviously the pub is where it always was, but the red light district isn't.  Do we have one?

Anyway, this is literally just outside the City walls - the blip was taken from beside Kingsgate, looking up Kingsgate Road.  As you can see, Bob is swivelling his eyes slightly warily at the camera.  Oh for Harry Potter's invisibility cloak!!
