All Dressed Up
Red Nose Day and of course it was mufti day at the schools. Amy's theme was the predictable 'dress in something red', whereas James's school carried on the British history through the decades theme.
I'm afraid I didn't give it too much thought and luckily he was happy to be an ordinary guy from the 1920's. He was actually pretty pleased with his greased down hair and parting and the fact he got to wear his Great Grandfather's tie. "You're wearing a vintage piece of clothing so please don't get paint on it" I told him as he left for school. I got the "stop fussing" look and was expecting the worst. But the tie came back unmarked... purely luck as opposed to care I think!
