Cold Cafe Society - Edinburgh Style

Met up with AJM, a colleague and dear friend from my first job (way back last century). Strangely, while his hair has got lighter mine has got darker!
We had lunch in a great place in Stockbridge while his wife shopped in George Street. Although we had several years to catch up on, conversation flowed easily and the years rolled away.
Meeting A today made me realise how important it is to keep in touch and whilst I was happy as I sat in Princes Street Gardens waiting for my train, there was a touch of regret for all those I have lost contact with.
