Daffodils
Wild daffodils growing beside fishponds at Woking Palace. The place is tucked away and few come here. People don't know about it. The ponds and a ruined wall are all that remain of the palace, once a favourite hunting lodge of Henry VIII.
I'd gone with a net and bucket in the hope finding some frog spawn. But, just as in my own pond, there wasn't a sign of a frog. Maybe they're leaving the spawning later this year.
