It is Carnival down in the Mission and along with the floats celebrating the many home countries in the area there are stalls selling mountains of grilled meat/corn.

Also stalls selling all things S. American/ Mexican. Love to leave this guy in a room with richard Hammond for a minute.

So why the title? the guy is wearing a sugar-skull t-shirt depicting Brian Wilson pitcher for the Giants who pitched out Cruz to win the world series.
