Magnolia blood moon
On the way home from a lovely week with family and friends in London I called at RHS Wisley to see how the spring flowers were progressing.
Away from the hordes of screeching toddlers and mammoth prams I found some beautiful quiet corners and enjoyed the chance of some flower photography after the lean Winter. I was attracted to this lone Magnolia blossom, the forerunner of what is sure to be a superb display of colour.
The gardens are slowly coming to life and in a few weeks time they will be spectacular.
