Getting ready for the day

On our walk this morning, we looked over the ledge and through some trees.  Spotted this fellow washing his feet in this pool in the Water Gardens.  The rules say no swimming so I guess this guy isn't breaking any rules.  Maybe only slightly bending them.

We live a couple blocks from the homeless shelters.  When I see guys out on the streets, I wonder what it must be like to do mundane task in public.  From the time I walk into the bathroom in the morning until I walk out, usually is about an hour.  I spend a lot of time in there just being.  Hopefully, this guy is enjoying  just being and being left alone while he prepares for the day.
