In The Spotlight

When I opened the curtains this morning it was a little frosty and misty.
Just as we finished breakfast the sun had started to break through and when I looked out of the window the horses in the field had moved to the one little spot that was warmed by the sun.

It has continued to be a lovely day and I even managed to clean the last of the windows.

Daughter has been asked to play drums for one of the bands taking part in 'Battle of the Bands' at school tonight. Not sure she is looking forward to it. Not really her kind of music but too late to back out now!
