I spent my lunchtime today sat in Belmont Community Hall in Wellington with a massive needle stuck in my vein -after reading all acceptance criteria that is.

It was just coincidence that it happened to be the day after the Stafford half, but I do feel a bit wiped out now though.
Still, the tea and gingers helped me get through the afternoon back at work.
