Ladyhill

I pass this view most days.
 I took the photo from the layby on the road between Fortrose and Avoch, the road goes right along the shore. It is always beautiful, no matter what the weather, sometimes the water looks like mercury it is so still and shimmering, sometimes it turns pink reflecting a sunset, other times it is a brilliant blue like this. When it is windy it looks a bit like Bud's fur, all curly, in the mist it is beautiful and hazy and wispy, when it snows it's the colour of steel. The bay is so sheltered the water never looks angry, never turbulent, as you can seeI am rather fond of this view!
