Mono Monday - Strength

Apparently Espresso machines and foot massagers are among the most unused gadgets in most houses.

We buck the trend in this house.  We love an espresso coffee after our evening meal and since we bought this machine, probably about 5 years ago, it has been used every day.  

Making a good espresso is a skill that has to be learned and I have honed my barista skills over the years to produce a strong, smooth coffee with a good 'crema'.
