Irn-Bru Ice cream

Will this weather never end?! (Ok, today's supposed to be the last good one for a few). Time at lunch for a trip across to the West Gate of the Botanics for some of the man-in-the-van's home made Irn-Bru ice cream. Oh yes. Made with only the finest, natural ingredients ;-)

The second scoop is vanilla with chocolate chip cookies, for those interested in ruining their lithe physiques this summer.
