Now What!?

What's the ruling on this!?

Not my ball but a pretty funny scenario. My guess is that this ball had been lost, hit by a mower, found, and put here by some other player who had hit into the trees like I'd done when I found this looking for my ball (which I found, by the way).

edit: A friend on facebook suggested using a "tree wood." I'm guessing a "tree iron' might work as well.
