Busy Es...

In preparation for the moving of the purple chair to her room Es finally paid attention to my nagging words of encouragement and had a bit of a clear out today. She worked very hard at it.

I started the day with a walk...had my 10000 plus steps done by 10:30. This gave me permission to have two butteries with syrup on my return...I don't think I'll ever loose those few lbs!

I then sorted out my room and organised that a bit. Followed by what I hoped would be a couple of hours work that stretched on for five:-/

Finished off the day with a wee episode of House of Cards.
