Riverside Reflections

Another gorgeous sunny day and a walk by the river, this is a tiny offshoot of the river that runs through a small copse.
I had intended to do very little after lunch but somehow the urge to do a bit more tidying in garden took over and we ended up digging out a large tree peony and a small tree that had both seen better days. We have decided to re-model that corner of the garden as most of the things in there are very old and sorry looking. I expect it will take us most of the year to do as we don't work very fast but at least we've made a start :-))
Consequently I was shattered by the evening and haven't even looked at the photos I took this morning on our walk, so this is a shot hubby took on his phone............and I'm off for a good night's sleep now......night night all :-))
