Celestial Duo

 

For those of us living near the sea we are only too aware of the effect of the moon and sun on time and tide.. Over the past few days the amazing natural cosmic forces and coincidences have been very evident.  This evening while cooking dinner, I looked out of my kitchen window after the sun has set over the cliffs. Tonight the new crescent moon, still with the old moon in its arms, is brighter and much closer to Venus. They make an amazing celestial duo. We look in awe and wonder.
