Portmore Loch

Seen on a walk which I was recce'ing with L and J as I will be leading it in early May. The forecast was for unremitting cloud, but as you can see, they were wrong again - but we weren't complaining. It was my first walk for several weeks, and I certainly appreciated it. We tried to find an iron age fort which was on the map, but it was a wooded area and we failed - maybe we will have better luck next time ( or use a GPS).

I saw my first lambs of the year on our drive back.
