Lemon cheesecake

Today was another beautiful spring day, despite starting off on the cold, cloudy side.  We had roast chicken for dinner with a lemon cheesecake for pud which I prepared while K played in a friendly. Unfortunately they lost 7-0 but the other team are in the division above K's team and are currently first in that division so they did expect to lose.

After dinner I pottered about for a bit sorting out washing and then decided to make some flapjacks before going to the gym to work it all off! I'm shattered now so it won't be long before I'm in bed as we have our second parent's evening tomorrow.
