Watching the World

Unfortunately I had a strange night last night, waking up at 3am with pounding head and heart  :(  Its reall annoying because for the last week I have been a lot better.  I'm hoping its a one off...  


I got up very late as a result, so I haven't been anywhere today.   Just been trying to be relaxed and chillout :)

I'm a bit concerned as I'm hoping to return to work this week for a couple of days...but if these thumping heads are coming back?  If I could just go in for one, hopefully after that I'll be ok (I hope anyway).

Onwards and upwards!

I'm going to watch Best Exotic Marigold Hotel on DVD now before Poldark later tonight :)
