The Black Swan

Younger son J's team had their basketball tournament today and I went down to see them play. There were hundreds of people and quite a carnival atmosphere was happening as the Perth Wildcats were there too! I didn't actually see them but the guys did! :)

They finished at 1.30pm and as I was driving home I stopped at a place where I knew the black swans lived. There was only one there today but she came up very close to me and after a bit of duck diving she honked a few times and left because I wasn't offering any food! :)

Later we took Toto for a walk along the river where there were more birds, boats and people and I've ended up with so many shots I'm having trouble choosing, what a luxury!! :o)
