A new way with Haggis

I don't know whether you've come across the Haggis Bible written by Jo Macsween. It's a great little book that shows you how creative you can be with haggis. I wish I could say I came up with this dish myself, but no. Macsween's have just started marketing a beef and haggis burger and I was sent some to try.

It's amazingly light and flavoursome. A winning combination.
