Helping Those in Need.

We spent the morning and part of the afternoon at The Photography Show. I was sorry that we didn't manage to see either Geek Meek or Rural Dave. Thinking about it later we really should have arranged a blipmeet! Brain not in gear.

We had a successful day. Guy managed not to buy anything and I purchased a BlackRapid strap (the special ladies one!). Our driver, who is also our club Treasurer, managed to talk to a couple of company reps who support our club with advertising and buy a new camera for himself.  He also bought a colour calibration system for the club and at the same time Guy (who is Programme Secretary) managed to book somebody from Colour Confidence to give a talk on colour management at the club next season. I also tried a couple of macro lenses on my camera courtesy of Nikon and will now have to decide which one to purchase.
