bundles of cuteness

I went for a toddle fairly early before the Dalmeny estate filled up - the beaches and track are very popular on a lovely sunny Sunday. As I was wandering along the front at SQ weaving through the early tourists come to photograph the Bridge, I caught sight of these baby eiders with an adult female. Wasn't sure if they could all be hers (they aren't all in this blip - they wouldn't bunch up enough for that, sigh!) or whether she was nursemaid for the day while the others went off to enjoy themselves.
